Project X Update

The Death of A Phone

Well, all was going well for me yesterday. Until of course my Mobile phone dropped out of my pocket and i smashed the screen.
I was not very happy but there was nothing that i can do. LOL.

I am going to purchase a new one ASAP.

It was my important phone aswel, which does not really help, since i need it to get on the internet whilst i am out and aboutl

Bad Weather

The weather this week has been mad. I hope that the weather gets better since it makes me a little depressed when the sun is not out.

I hate the rain but i guess that it needs to happen every now and then so that the aggriculture stays in balance.

Router Dilema

So, today me and a friend had a bit of trouble with a BT Home Hub.

The damm thing would not allow us to do some port forwarding so we almost wanted to smash the hub up against a wall and stomp on it many times...

Heck, after a little while we got it to work as we were trying to download World Of Warcraft patches and it was going so slow.

It seems ok now. Lets just hope that we have no more reasons to break the hub.

Website Design

It has been a little while since i have desgined a complete website but now i am back on track and i am creating various websites for friends and family.

I am using a web hosting company called Corporate Internet Solutions.

I have had no problems with any of the services that i have recieved through the reseller panel through these guys.

Although people say the internet is large, i believe that it is not the internet that is large but our thirst for knowledge.

Website hosting is just one of many of my hobbies which also include music editing, video editing, running a web hosting company and learning knew ways on how to build websites.

My partner and I...

I cannot believe it, me and my partner have been together for over five months now. "Trust me, that's good for me."

Fair enough, we will have our arguments sometimes but we are still very close, almost inseparable.
We always make up and even when something happens, we sort it out and try to make the most of what we have.

Even if we do not have much, we still love each other and are happy that way.

I guess its true, that love has Mysterious ways and works many wonders.

Top Secret Project...

So, a top secret project; I hear whispered into my ear.
Well, it was secret until now.

I will share with you, all something very precious.

Over the last few months, I have been working on a website which I shall only refer to as "The OSPD."

There are many names which are being drafted for this site at the moment.

The site will be a place for developers, programmers and website designers alike to go and chill out, discuss and show off their work.

The name "OSPD" may also change but this cannot be fore casted at this point.

A few names which have been drafted are:

• The Open Source Project Directory
• The Open Source Programmers Directory
• Programmers Paradise
• Coders Carnival
• Design Desert

The Sleep Master...

Once again, i have been caught by the sleep master.
It has gone midnight and once again i am still online making posts, advertising, ect.
I, for some strange reason; cannot sleep.

My eyes burn but i am unable to allow myslef to sleep.

I am just working on the Juggle It All website and i am also checking out the CIS HOSTING website to see if i can change that site about.

Juggle It All...

Juggle It All are a small performing company in which i play the part of webmaster for them. I deal with all their online affairs and advertise there services online.
At the moment, their website is on a trial run but will improve in time.

I have been working on many project lately and the Juggle It All site was one of my side projects which i have been working on.

I have a few more projects which i will release more information about, in due time everyone will know about my latest project.

All i am saying is that it is called "The Open Source Project Directory." This name may change over it's development. There are many diffrent views and angels from which i can work from. My friends would like a part in this and would like to share their work with the site.

One Guy, who i shall only refer to as "Flame"; is a talented programmer and i shall be allowing him to place his work here.

All work, no matter who has made it. Will have to be checked through by the security team before we make it public.

This is due to server security, as we cannot risk anything happening. Also, we would not like one of our site members to end up with their computer becoming infected.

Corporate Internet Solutions...

I have been working for Corporate Internet Solutions for just over a year now and we have been recommended by many. The company provides a basic Web Hosting Package for only £1.99 a month. We also provide many other packages which are cost effective and just as reliable.

One of our clients who were happy to be metioned was Juggle It All. There website is currently a work in progress and will be improved in time.

At the moment, the Juggle It All website has a fully working Forum, a Photo Gallery and also there will soon be some new features that will be added soon.

I help to manage this site and i hope to make this turn from a work in progress, to a completed and great site that many will enjoy.

Internet Explorer 8 "BETA"

I have recently installed and tried out the new BETA version of Internet Explorer 8.
I found out about this from a very good web masters forum.

My verdict is that it has some nice new features to it which look great. But it has a very slow response rate whilst typing.
It then crashed as I was just typing a message in a forum. I found that to be a poor quality.

Because it is still in BETA then I shall forgive and I shall place some feedback to Microsoft about it and see what they bring back when the final is released.

My Pets...

I have two main pets, a cat & a Dog.
My cat is called Magic, "Black Magic".
My Dog is called Ben.
We had a Dog called Shane but he recently passed away.
Ben is our new Dog. He is eight weeks old and is a white German Shepherd.

A little about me...

My name is Michael, but people just refer to me as Mike.
I have a few hobbies which include Website Design and Posting On Forums.
I have a liitle puppy, which is called Ben. He is a White German Shepherd and i love him to bits.

I work within a Web Hosting Company.
We are called Corporate Internet Solutions.

I like tennis and play a few sports and that really sums me up.
